Over the past few days, Remedy has revealed little details about FBC: Firebreak as they pave the way towards the Galaxies Gaming Showcase on April 17th. These little social media snippets have explored the overall FBC: Firebreak package, rather than the game itself, letting players know the options and setup so they can plan their playthroughs in advance.
First up, the list of support languages. While only English will have full localisation, complete with voice acting, there is a long list of supported languages for subtitles.
The text-supported languages include French, Italian, German, Spanish (Spain), Spanish (Latin America), Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), Polish, Russian, Chinese (Traditional), Chinese (Simplified) and Ukrainian. The list mirrors those supported for Alan Wake 2.
We also heard about how we can explore the jobs, allowing plenty of time to make plans with our squad mates. In a second post, we heard about cross-platform capabilities. For those who have friends on different platforms, the studio stated “You’ll be able to play FBC: Firebreak with up to two friends, no matter the platform! That’s right, FBC: Firebreak will launch with crossplay between all available platforms.”
