We are nearing the spooky month and for us nerds that means that the physical edition of Alan Wake 2 is almost on our doorsteps. If you purchased the Collector's Edition, iam8bit has an update on what customers can expect in the next few weeks.
Sent to customers via their newsletter, they write "Good news! Your game disc will ship ahead of the final Collector's Edition package, which is still in manufacturing. Your game will be shipped the week of October 22nd, and your Collector's Edition contents are still on track to ship in December of this year!"
October 22nd is the release date of the standard boxed edition, priced approximately at £65 and available at multiple retailers across the globe. While Collector's Edition owners will need to wait another couple of months, it sounds like the order will now be split into two shipments; the boxed edition that comes as part of the pack and the Collector's Edition extras later in the year.
