This week, the nominations for the 20th BAFTA Games Awards were announced, spotlighting 40 games across 17 categories. As work continues on the Alan Wake 2 DLC packs, the base game has been busy collecting nominations and awards, with almost half the BAFTA categories featuring its title.
Remedy enters the ceremony strong with eight nominations for Alan Wake 2, including Animation, Artistic Achievement, Audio Achievement, Music, Narrative, Performer in a Supporting Role (Sam Lake as Alex Casey), Technical Achievement, and Best Game. The title is the third highest-nominated game, just behind Marvel's Spider-Man 2 and Baldur's Gate 3
