Today, Remedy posted the second in their Alan Wake 2 Character Card series, a new social media feature exploring key names from the upcoming game.
During Gamescom, we saw Saga Anderson mark the debut of the series. Similar to the character profiles we saw released ahead of Control, the piece introduces her character, exploring her strengths and passions. Today's card brings us closer to our favourite fictional fictional character, Alex Casey.
His character certainly brings a lot of question marks. In the first game, Casey is a purely fictional protagonist and the eponymous protagonist in Alan Wake's bestselling series. But in Control, we learned that Alan needed help if he was going to escape from the Dark Place as his mind drifted to Casey. Everything after that is currently a mystery...
Text Reads: "Alex Casey is a seasoned FBI veteran and Saga Anderson's partner. He has acted as her mentor, and they work well together, understanding and utilising the strengths they each bring to the team. Casey insisted Saga joined him for the Bright Falls case, as he thinks highly of her skills as a detective and profiler. Casey may come off as gruff and jaded, but his heart is in the right place."
