Twenty days after Quantum Break was removed from digital storefronts, the time-travelling adventure is now back on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Game Pass, and PC!
Announcing its return on social media, Aaron Greenberg (VP of Xbox Games Marketing at Microsoft) tweeted, "Good news everyone, @QuantumBreak has officially returned to Xbox, PC, and Game Pass. Thanks for your patience as [the] team worked to get this addressed."
When the game left the stores, players were reassured by both Xbox and Remedy that it would be a temporary departure and that plans were underway to get it back. The removal was caused by expired music licences, mirroring the situation with Alan Wake in 2017. Like its predecessor, music plays a big part in setting the mood, with each episode ending with a specific track, and radio show accompanied with carefully placed themes.
