To celebrate the launch of Alan Wake Remastered, Remedy and Epic Games commissioned a special Alan Wake themed press box, packed with goodies. On the outside, the secret symbol is prominent against a matt finish, with the warning "trust no one in the dark" printed along the magnetic seal. Inside was a Bright Falls map (with hidden messages discovered only by UV), a UV pen/light, an Alan Wake Remastered branded torch, stickers, and an Oh Deer Diner thermos.
