In a surprise but fairly quiet announcement, Rockstar has recently released all DLC packs for LA Noire and Max Payne 3 for free on PC! The news was originally spotted and reported on by Eurogamer, who also explains that the decision comes in the wake of both titles having support for 32-bit operating systems removed.
For the original LA Noire, the new decision adds five additional cases for players to investigate. The cases now included with the base game are The Naked City, A Slip of the Tongue, Nicholson Electroplating, Reefer Madness, and The Consul's Car. There are also additional cosmetic DLC including extra weapons and suits (with exclusive perks). You can view LA Noire on Steam, HERE.
For Max Payne 3, things are a little different as the game doesn't have any story DLC. Instead, the extra content focuses on the game's multiplayer campaign. As a result, the multiplayer packs, Deathmatch Made In Heaven, Painful Memories, Hostage Negotiation, Disorganized Crime, and Local Justice packs are now available to download if you own the original game. All of the bundles features new maps, new weapons, new items, and new characters. The Special Edition Pack also comes packed with eight multiplayer skins from the original two games, including Mona Sax, Vladimir Lem and Max.
