Slush returns this week in Helsinki with a selection of panels and lectures with the lovely folks at Remedy.

On the same day (30th) following the music licensing panel, Sam Lake (Creative Director at Remedy) and Petri Alanko (Alan Wake and Quantum Break Composer) will be talking about The Role of Music in Remedy’s Video Games. The talk will take place between 13:05 - 13:20 and promises to be pretty unusual.

The following day on Thursday 1st December. Remedy’s Audio Lead, Richard Lapington will be returning with a second talk, this time on the Green Stage. Richard will be talking about Redefining Audio Landscape with Quantum Break. The talk will take place between 14:40 - 15:00.

Later that afternoon, between 16:45 - 17:15 in the Engine Room, there’s a discussion on Designing The Story In Video Games. Panelists include Mikko Rautalahti (Narrative Lead at Remedy), Greg Louden (Senior Narrative Desinger at Remedy), Heikki Repo (Creative Director at Cornfox & Bros.) and Reko Ukko (Vice President of Game Design at Seriously). The panel is moderated by Thomas Puha (Head of Communications at Remedy).
