One of the easiest coffee thermoses to find in the game, but it's also pretty easy to miss. This container of caffeinated goodness is located right at the start of the game; Wake is standing next to his broken car, with the tunnel behind him bricked up. To continue his journey the player must follow the road and take the streetlight illuminated path to the right.
BUT! To find the first coffee thermos in the game, all you need to do is follow the road until the end. The journey will take you to a broken bridge with a glistening container in the centre.
The screenshot is taken from the PC version of the game. I had played the first ten minutes or so a few months ago, and collected this specific thermos, but I've marked where it used to be.
