Text: HAIR / BEARD REGIMEN - TWICE A WEEK
1) Wash thoroughly with cold water
2) Gently pat dry with high thread count towel
3) Brush 3x with honeycomb (bought locally at the farmer's market)
4. Apply shampoo to dry hair
5) Rinse with cold water
6) Gently pat dry with high thread count towel
7) Condition often
GENERAL RULES
- Never wear hats
- Once a month, rub 3 mixed eggs (bought locally at the farmers' market) into damp hair, scalp and beard
- Avoid hlorine, heat, and inexperienced barbers.
