MEMO TO ALL PERSONNEL
All personnel be advised: civilians found in the vicinity of the mine or town are to be brought to Dr. Patel in the infirmary immediately. In return for their silence regarding Black List's presence in Azkharzia, all civilians will be provided with payment, as well as a free health examination.
Remember that only those of you holding high security clearance may enter the secure areas of the infirmary yourselves. Medical personnel will be on standby to escort civilians past the security gate on your behalf.
