October drew to a close last and with it the annual thirty-one day challenge for artists!
Created by artist Jake Parker in 2009, Inktober has developed to be an international challenge and celebration of ink drawings. The project's increasing popularity led to over 100,000 ink-drawn images being tagged on Twitter alone in 2014. While initially set up to focus on traditional inking, artwork created digitally or even though calligraphy is encouraged. It's a fantastic way to keep the creativity flowing, to showcase your work, and to meet like-minded artists.
During the event, a number of Remedy fans took part, inking beautiful pieces in tribute to Alan Wake, Quantum Break, Max Payne, and even some of the people whose individual work on the game has inspired fans.
Make sure to check out a collection of some of the art posted during the month, and if you have Twitter or Instagram, make sure to follow the artists for more amazing work!
