Today Poets of the Fall, the real-life band behind Alan Wake's Old Gods of Asgard, announced via their Facebook channel that the first single of their upcoming album will be released next Wednesday (31st)!
The video came a few days after their earlier photo-teaser which featured a crown resting above the date "31/1". The photo was shared on their social media pages without a caption sparking interest and fan theories ranging from news of a new album to a new music video.
Today's video featured the entire band with Marko in front, introducing that a new single (False Kings) and music video from their new album will be released in a few days. "Hi everybody, it’s Poets of the Fall here.We wanted to let you all know that we’ll be releasing a brand-new sizzling single on the 31st of January. It’s going to be so exciting and that there will also be a video released of the single. So stayed tuned and have a lovely day!" The video ends with several clips of the upcoming music video.
