This year is a major milestone for Finland as they celebrated 100 years of independence! The official date is tomorrow, 6th December, but many companies are celebrating the occassion today as tomorrow is a bank holiday. Events were scheduled nationwide with companies encouraged to have studio-wide coffee around 2pm. Fireworks and lights filled the city centre with displays, and tomorrow there's a children's event with alpacas. Dude. Alpacas!
Remedy joined in on the celebrations with champagne and cake! Photos were posted by developers on Twitter tagging the company:

In addition nationwide events, Steam is celebrating the occasion with a sale spotlighting Finnish titles! Death Rally 2011/12, Max Payne, Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne and Quantum Break are all on sale in addition to other great titles. (Death Rally doesn't show as one of the spotlighted titles, but if you search for it, the game is 80%.)
If you have all of Remedy's collection, I recommend checking out games by other Finnish developers including Cities Skylines, Legend of Grimrock and Trials Evolution.
