2012 had some good moments...I mean some moments were rather bad and boring, but there were some good moments too. Like that time that American Nightmare was released, or the Poets of the Fall's Temple of Thought CD was released, the Berlin trip, interviewing both Ilkka Villi (on my birthday!) and Fred Berman ...Actually this year was pretty damn awesome hobby-wise.

THE REASON I CAN'T SLEEP AT NIGHT
Anyone else had this problem when playing Max Payne 3? I can't be the only one! This happens if you replay the levels with the classic Max Payne, although the protagonist doesn't look like this all the time; only in the cutscenes. Oh Sam, I'm sorry.

REASON FOR SURVIVING THE APOCALYPSE
LOOK AT THE SHINY! LOOK AT IT!
So I had this plan to get a job at Remedy, it was a genius plan where nothing could possibly go wrong.... I had got the idea from an episode of Father Ted entitled "Kicking Bishop Brennen Up The Arse!" in which the solution was pretend that nothing had happened. So I would sneak into the building under the perfect guise of a potted plant, and sneak down to a storage room, or a place which people rarely visits. There I would set up a base. If someone discovers me then I'll say that I'd been down there for months, and then they would be like "I didn't know, are you sure", and then I'll create this entirely plausible story...Ok, possibly plausible story....Fine, I'll just bring cupcakes. Then I'll be working there.
...I think my plan would fail as soon as they ask me what job I did. I can imagine out of panic I'll shout "Gandalf" and think that I was being really convincing up until the moment they call security to escort me out of the building.
CREEPIEST ACCIDENTAL PHOTO DISCOVERY
I had a friend who loved Poets of the Fall and also terrified of Slenderman, so I would occasionally tease her using the songs. This is a lot easier done than it sounds, especially if you change the one of lyrics of "Sorry Go Round" to "the Slenderman can, the Slenderman can". Recently my family bought a new TV as the previous one broke; it's larger and clearer! While I was playing the Alchemy Vol.1 DVD, I noticed something behind Marko....
